A’Ja Lyons is a multi-genre writer, historian, teacher, and performer born in the warm waters of Texas’ Gulf Coast and naturalized in the Iowa cornfields. When not writing, A’Ja can be found at local theater productions, poetry readings, book clubs, museums, art shows, and out hiking.
